On December 5, 2023, the technical guideline "low residual voltage arrester for suppressing overvoltage of ultra-high voltage AC system (ApplyingLow-Residual-Voltage Surge Arresters to Suppress Overvoltages in UHV AC Systems)" (Technical Brochure) completed by the international large power grid Committee (CIGRE) working group C4/A3.53 over 5 years was officially approved by CIGRE central office and published on its website, with the technical guideline number TB921.
