Metal oxide resistor sheet is the core component of lightning arrester, our company adopts the latest research and development of raw material formula and production process, the production of metal oxide resistor sheet is divided into three series: AC resistor sheet, DC resistor sheet, high gradient resistor sheet, compared with other domestic products have five characteristics:
1) Large flow capacity: 4/10μs large current impact tolerance, 2ms square wave flow capacity, line discharge level and other indicators have reached the international advanced level.
2) Excellent aging resistance: After the aging test of the corresponding charge rate at 115 ℃ and 1000h, the aging coefficient is less than 0.9, and the aging characteristics reach the international leading level.
3) Excellent protection characteristics: the residual voltage ratio of various specifications of the resistor under the corresponding standard current impact has reached the domestic leading level.
4) Good uniformity: The uniformity indexes of parameters such as DC 1mA reference voltage and residual voltage ratio of the resistor sheets of various specifications have reached the leading level in China.
5) The high gradient resistor sheet successfully developed by our company has been put into mass production in our company. The potential gradient of the high gradient resistor sheet can reach 300-400 V/mm.

The miniaturized tank arrester designed and produced by our company adopts the high gradient zinc oxide varistor sheet with independent intellectual property rights:
1. Gradient range: 300-400 V/mm
The reduction of the residual pressure of the simultaneous operating wave and the steep wave is particularly beneficial to the protection of GIS equipment.
3. The resistance sheet has good aging performance and aging coefficient kct<0.9 (artificial accelerated aging test with 115 ℃, 1000h and 90% charge rate)
